Refund and Cancellation Policy
All payments made through the CAT Degree College website are considered final and non-refundable except under specific circumstances arising from technical errors. A refund may be considered if a payment is deducted multiple times for the same transaction, if an excess amount is charged during a single transaction, or if payment is successfully debited but the admission or enrollment process is not completed due to a system error. In such cases, the refundable amount will exclude any payment gateway or transaction processing charges.
To initiate a refund request, the applicant must provide valid transaction details, including the transaction ID and proof of payment. All refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]. Requests submitted without proper documentation or incomplete information may not be processed.
Once a refund request is received, it will undergo manual verification by the college administration. If the claim is found valid, the refund will be processed within a period of up to 21 working days. The approved amount will be credited through the original mode of payment used during the transaction. Depending on the policies of the respective bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3 to 21 days for the refunded amount to reflect in the applicant’s account.
CAT Degree College shall not be held responsible for any failure in payment transactions arising from incorrect or incomplete payment details provided by the user, insufficient funds in the account, restrictions imposed by the bank, or technical issues beyond the control of the institution such as server downtime, network interruptions, or system failures. In the event of a failed transaction, the user will be notified through the contact details provided during the payment process.
The college reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services without prior notice in cases involving suspected fraudulent activity, misuse of services, or violation of applicable policies. Such actions may be taken at the sole discretion of the institution to protect its interests and maintain system integrity.
Any disputes arising out of payments, services, or the use of the website shall be governed by the laws of India and resolved in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The jurisdiction for such matters shall be the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
